Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer returns on silk products.

Replacement is available only in the following cases:

* Wrong product received

* Different design received

* Different colour received

* Product received in damaged condition

For any damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits, and should clearly show the damage.

Claims for damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
